When you book an appointment or consultation, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you choose to share about your appointment.

When you pay a deposit or pay for a service online, your card details are entered directly into a secure form provided by Square, our payment processor. Your card number never touches our website's servers, and we never see or store it.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and manage your appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, respond to your questions, and provide your services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who we share it with

Square processes our payments and powers our appointment calendar; information you submit when booking is shared with Square under their privacy policy. If you choose to pay with Afterpay, your payment is handled by Afterpay under their own terms and privacy policy. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve the site.

Cookies & tracking

We keep this minimal. The site itself does not run advertising trackers. Square's secure payment components may set cookies required for fraud prevention and payment processing.

Keeping and deleting your information

Appointment and payment records are retained in our Square account as long as needed for business and legal purposes (such as tax records). If you'd like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, or want a copy of it, contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.

Children

Our services and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
