2.Definitions

"Client," "you," or "your" means any person using the Website, booking an appointment, or receiving services.

"Services" means any cosmetic tattooing, PMU procedures, skincare, waxing, removal, consultations, or related offerings provided by THINK Beauty LLC.

"PMU" or "Permanent Makeup" means cosmetic tattooing services including brows, lips, eyeliner, pigmentation, scar camouflage, and similar procedures.

"Third-Party Tools" means external services such as payment processors, booking software, marketing platforms, GoHighLevel CRM, email systems, etc.

3.Eligibility to Use Services

By using our Website or booking a service, you confirm that:

5.Description of PMU & Skincare Services

Our Services include permanent make-up for Ombre Brows, Nano-combo Brows, Permanent Eye-Liner, Lip Blush, Scalp Micro-Pigmentation, and Scar Camouflage. You understand and agree that:

• All PMU procedures carry risks, including allergic reactions, swelling, infection, color changes, scarring, asymmetry, and the need for additional sessions.
• Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
• Touch-ups may be required and are not included unless explicitly stated.
• Healing results are affected by skin type, medications, aftercare, and lifestyle, and are outside our control.
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results or cause complications.

6.Booking, Payments, Deposits & Fees

6.1 Deposits

Most services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits go toward your final balance unless you violate cancellation policies.

6.2 Payment Terms

We may offer the following types of payment structures:

• In-person payments at the time of service
• Online deposits or full payments via third-party processors
• Recurring monthly payments if offered for membership or maintenance programs
• One-time setup fees for certain service plans or packages

By booking, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.

6.3 Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits. The deposit is non-refundable and there is a $40 no-show fee.

No-show appointments may require payment in full before rebooking.

6.4 Refunds

All PMU and cosmetic services are non-refundable because results depend on biological healing and aftercare outside our control.

Refunds are only offered for:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Services not rendered due to our cancellation

We do not refund dissatisfaction with healed results, color retention, shape, or aftercare-related complications.

7.Privacy & Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. This includes:

• Secure booking platforms
• Encrypted payment processors
• Restricted staff access

We may collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, medical disclosures, and appointment history.

You agree that:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, THINK Beauty LLC is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Color changes, fading, migration, or retention issues
• Asymmetry or aesthetic dissatisfaction
• Scarring, infections, or complications
• Poor healing related to skin type or aftercare
• Costs associated with removal, correction, or additional sessions

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website or a service is to discontinue use or not return for future appointments.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THINK Beauty LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
